Email adiramindiapvtltd@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the email address you bought under, and we'll refund the full $9.99, no questions asked. Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within a few business days.
Being straightforward about how this works: WinCopy's license keys are verified entirely offline (see our Privacy Policy), so there's no remote "kill switch" to revoke a key the instant a refund is processed. We ask that you stop using Pro features after a refund, on trust — the same way you'd stop using a piece of software after a return in any other context. If refund abuse ever becomes a real problem at scale, we'll revisit this; for now we'd rather trust our users than build a licensing server nobody needs.
